Gabrielle has been practicing yoga for over 14 years. What began as a personal journey to reconnect with body and breath soon grew into a lifelong passion. That deep love for the practice inspired her to begin teaching three years ago, specializing in vinyasa and hatha yoga.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, classes are thoughtfully tailored to meet your experience level, goals, and physical needs. Every session incorporates asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation to create a well-rounded, mindful experience that nurtures both body and mind.
