Access is weather-dependent for safety; however, access is via a custom all-weather boat designed for the sometimes challenging Tasmanian conditions. In the event of unsuitable conditions, transfers may be delayed or rescheduled.

No—wildlife on the island is native and generally harmless if respected. Guests are asked not to feed or approach animals.

Summer (Dec–Feb): Long, sunny days with temperatures typically ranging between 17 - 23°C, ideal for beach activities.
Autumn (Mar–May): Mild, stable, and clear, offering calm conditions.
Winter (Jun–Aug): Crisp, cold, and quiet, with nights often dropping to around 3-6°C
Spring (Sep–Nov): This is the windiest time of year with frequently changing, fresh conditions.

Swimming is possible year-round, though water temperatures can be cool outside of summer. Conditions will vary depending on the weather and tides.

Sea temperatures are warmest in summer, around 17-20°C, and in winter can get below 10°C

The island is designed for an intimate guest experience. Events exceeding 8 guests may be considered by prior arrangement—please enquire directly.

Yes, WiFi is available across the entire island using Starlink.

To protect the island’s natural environment and wildlife, pets are not permitted.

Day visitors are generally not permitted to preserve the privacy and exclusivity of the experience, unless arranged in advance.

Emergency procedures are in place, with access to mainland medical services if required. Staff are trained to respond promptly and effectively.
